Sunday Bible Camp at Saint Stephen

| Welcome to SUNDAY BIBLE CAMP [SBC]!! We mixed things up at Saint Stephen in the Fall of 2009 by introducing Sunday Bible Camp, our new education program for children in pre-school through sixth grade. Initially it was set for two to three Sundays a month during the 10:30 am Worship time; now, we are planning to increase the number of Sundays when SBC meets. Children begin with their families in the Sanctuary, and are dismissed early during worship to go to SBC in the double classroom. Children will learn Bible stories and content through crafts, songs, drama, games,
and puppetry. Children return to Sancturary Worship on those Sundays when Communion is offered. Parents and adults: please take time to sign up to teach a lesson or two. We always welcome more teachers and volunteers to help out, and there is always something for each of us to learn. Bring your personal calendars and sign up on the SBC bulletin board in the Narthex of the church. We will also be looking for volunteers to plan and be involved with upcoming activities and programs during the SBC year. |
