It's time! Congregational Assessment Tool (C.A.T.) Survey

May 1, 2018

To Saint Stephen Lutheran Church Congregation Members.

May 1, 2018 is the congregational start date for the Congregational Assessment Tool (C.A.T.) Survey. We will be completing the assessment from May 1—May 27. The Council is encouraging all eligible voting member (confirmation age and up) to take part in the C.A.T. assessment program.

As a reminder, this is part of the process of giving us all a look at the collective "big picture":

  • Measure the level of energy and satisfaction

  • Identify critical success factors for improving the organizational climate

  • Gauge readiness for change

  • Discover member priorities for the future of the congregation

  • Uncover potential resources you may be missing

Last week a notification Email was sent out, along with hard copies made available for those without email capabilities informing you of the C.A.T. program. INDIVIDUAL INPUT is key to our gaining insight into overall perceptions and experiences.

Please complete the survey on-line (20-40 minutes depending on your answers), but if you do not feel comfortable or do not have the access to the intranet, please request a Paper copy. Paper copies are available at church. The completed survey can be turned in at the church office or to one of the C.A.T. Team member. The team will enter the data for you or, if you wish you, you can be present during the data enter time, or a computer will be made available for you to enter the data yourself.

The survey data can only be collected through the link below. Thank you for your willingness to be a part of this congregational assessment and for being a part of Saint Stephen Lutheran Church’s future.
